| A global web presence presents international usability problems due to the differences between people in different countries. We evaluate the usability of your Spanish language site through two types of analysis: |
Heuristic evaluation: Our usability specialists examine the interface design throughly and review its compliance with recognized usability principles (the "heuristics"). For an example of our work you can see this review [in Spanish]. |
Usability testing: We observe real end-users while performing real tasks on your site. Our experience and other international studies show that in each test, only 3 to 5 users are needed to obtain a significant amount of valuable data. Once the site is redesigned, fixing the recognized problems, we test it again with another 3 to 5 users as quality assurance of the outcome of the first study and to get deeper insights into issues like information architecture, task flow, and the general user experience (look & feel, trust, rapport, etc.). |

| There are several benefits in applying international usability methods, including: |
Increased customer satisfaction. Users who can find what they're looking for easily and quickly will be more happy, building customer loyalty. |
Higher conversion rates from visitors looking at the site to people actually buying or taking some desired action. Read more about the importance of the conversion rate. |
Improved productivity. Usable sites allow users to focus on the tasks they want to carry out. Designing efficient, intuitive interactions will mean less time away from other important tasks. |
Reduced costs associated with design, development and maintenance. By gathering user data early in a web project, it's more likely that designs will be better the first time, thus minimizing the total project time and resources required. |
Accessibility to disabled users. We try to follow the official Web Accessibility Initiative Standard (WAI) from the World Wide Web Consortium for your site. |
