Emergia believes that all e-business decisions must be made in the context of an overall business strategy. We start by helping clients to fully understand the impact the Internet can have on their business, to explore the complete range of strategic options and to prioritize those options.
We take our clients through a rigorous process of analysis as we work together to answer such key strategic questions as: What unique assets and capabilities could be developed using Internet technology?, What could be your main value proposition to your online customers? To get answers to this questions we perform fieldwork research, such as an online competitors benchmarking: assessing their sites based on attributes such as service offerings, interactivity, design and usability. We also make client's customers surveys to clarify the functionalities and contents of interest for the target audience. Finally, we help to define with the client the strategic objectives to pursue in the project and the e-metrics to evaluate it.
